Overview
To increase the seamless user experience for Dineout Pay User, we need it integrate the Torqus/other POS systems with the Dineout Pay for the seamless payment and capture related bills successfully paid information on Torqus/other POS systems once the bill is paid by the user.

We need to integrate with Torqus/other POS systems for the generation of instant payment links of the bill and also to capture related bills successfully paid information on Torqus/other POS systems once the bill is paid by the user. This will help us reduce the TAT between actual payment and bill processing along with easier reconciliation of payments for the restaurant.
Problem Statement
There are two major problems we want to solve through this deep integration of Dineout Pay and Torqus/other POS system - one faced by our dineout pay users and the other faced by our restaurant partners.
For DO Pay users
1. Whenever they need to make a DO Pay payment through our app, they need to
first go to the Booking card or the RDP of the particular restaurant to make the
payment.
2. Post that they manually enter the bill amount and then proceed to make the
payment.
3. Many a time because of this manual method of searching and entering the bill
amount the payment is often made to a wrong outlet by the user.
4. Also once paid they need to show the success screen or message to the
waiter/cashier which leads to a sub-optimum user experience.
For restaurants
1. Once payment is made through DO Pay, they need to either check their emails
for payment success response or go to the Dineout Merchant Panel to check
the payment details.
2. Many times when emails get delayed then they have difficulty in accepting
payments through DO pay as they are unable to verify the authenticity of the
payment made by the user.
3. Also for reconciliation of the bills generated on their POS with the DO
payments received, they need to manually download the order details and then
match each bill against the DO payments one by one.
4. This is extremely tedious for our merchant partners and is open to manual
mapping errors.

Goals/Key success metrics:
1. Reduce Turn around time(TAT) from 90-120 second to 30-50 second for
restaurant partner and from 20-40 seconds to Dineout Pay User.
2. Help restaurant partner to bill processing along with easier reconciliation of payments for the restaurant.

2. Restaurant Partner(Cashier)
